Everything was good, good service, convenient location short walk to the city centre, Finland in the last several years and pizzeria. The room was fine, new-fashioned, clean bathroom. Its the urban view and very friendly staff were the key features: )

The units are well-equipped and clean with a double bed. the setting is convenient, just 3 minutes from the center of Turku. - There is a nearby pizzeria called Papa's Pizzeria and other fast and very nice restaurants in the area.

I booked a family room separated in two small according to the pic on their web-site. When we came we were told that t it was just a pic one of their best room, which in hotel wasn't! So be careful and make sure what exactly you are booking!!!

Water park is not bad, .

it is not convinient that it is not possibl to pay for the car parking at the hotel. and it takes time to wait for the elevator.

Our twin/double room was beautiful with a bathtub and minimal belongings. the staff were helpful and provided complimentary wake up service and ironing. - the hotel is conveniently located near the center of Turku, restaurants, and a nearby pizzeria called Papa's Pizzeria.

Very near to town, good facilities (sauna, spa, etc)

The aquapark visit is included in room payment.

Had a "relaxing" time in the "sauna" of my room due to the "boiling hot" temperature. Got a good workout from pacing around, trying to cool down.

Who needs a cool and comfortable room when you can have a sauna experience for free? *eye roll*

Excellent spa and aquapark!

Rooms are very little for our family of four (two adults and two children).

The hotel has a very nice poolarea. Excellent when you travel with chidren. The staff is very service minded and helpful. Even if the hotel is a little bit outside the city is easy to go by bus. The bus stop is at the front of the hotel. We arrived by boat from sweden and took one bus to the citycenter were we had to change and take an other bus to the hotel.

If you want to stay in the center of the city this might not be the hotel you should choose. But however, its easy with the bus.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They always had a smile on their faces and were very helpful. The hotel had a fantastic spa area which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The rooms were quiet and well-maintained, with modern amenities. We also loved the fact that there were multiple restaurants and a small shop within the hotel, making it very convenient for us.

This place is highly recommended for families as there are plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained.

Cool pool complex attached next door. Seemed like a good place for a family with children.

Had to turn off the air con in the room from the fuse box. Corridor on 2nd floor was quite smelly.
